One inbox, one human at the other end
One email handles everything at PlanePit right now: info@planepit.com. There is no chat widget, no support form, no ticket number. Write a sentence or two about what is going on and we will write back.
Things that help us help you
- If it is about your account, send the message from the address you signed up with. It saves a round trip confirming who you are.
- If it is about verification, tell us which document you plan to send (license, medical, registration) so we can warn you if it will not work before you photograph your license on the kitchen counter.
- If it is a bug, include the browser you were using and what you clicked before it broke. Screenshots are welcome. A short video is even better.
Press and partnerships
Same address. Put PRESS or PARTNERSHIP in the subject line so the message does not sit in the folder with the bug reports. Deadline in mind? Say so in the first line.
Response time
We usually reply within two working days. If something is urgent (you cannot log in, or you think your account has been taken over), put URGENT in the subject line and we will look at it sooner.
Safety and airmanship questions
We are not your instructor, your mechanic, or the regulator in your country. If you have a question about whether to fly a specific airplane on a specific day, please ask the people qualified to answer it. If you want to discuss it among peers after the fact, that is what the briefings and threads are for.
